Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Green Bay

The food at this restaurant is very good and served quickly. The menu offers a lot of options that can be customized. Prices are slightly higher compared to other sandwich shops, but not significantly. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, although it may be inconvenient for families with kids due to having only one bathroom.

What a super fun crew!!! I love potbelly (I’ve probably been to 90% of them in the country) and this one didn’t just give great service, but a great experience. It was also my friends first time at one and she’s completely sold!!

We had a ham and cheese, an Italian sub, bowl of chili, and a cup of loaded potato. It was excellent . Service was friendly, fast and food was exactly how we ordered it . Place clean. Will definitely go back.

Let’s start off with short staffed and yet they find a way to keep your wait time enjoyable. Very friendly and on top of their game. Food was great!! Hot fresh and ready in a short amount of time.

I used to eat at this restaurant a couple times a week, but recently the quality of both the food and service has gone downhill. During my last visit, I went through the drive-thru and was the only car there with no customers inside. When I placed my order, the employee on the speaker simply said "yes?" in a rude manner. I received my food quickly, which was unusual as it usually takes longer, but to my disappointment, the sandwich was cold and the bun was not toasted. When I called to complain, I was told by the manager that it was impossible for the food to be cold. He refused to let me return to show him and instead offered me a refund. It has been several weeks with no refund despite my multiple calls, so unfortunately, they have lost my business.
