I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was subpar and didn't compare to what I've had from a taco truck. The service was mediocre and slow. They charge for each soft drink, and refills come with an extra cost. Additionally, they automatically add a 15% tip to your bill, even though the food and service did not merit it. The prices were steep for what you get, and the tip was unwarranted. I recommend avoiding this place unless you want to feel unwell for the rest of the day and pay a premium for it.

Our waiter took an incredibly long time to serve our food and drinks. When one of us requested water with ice, the waiter mistakenly poured the water from her glass back into the pitcher, then filled the glass with ice water and ended up spilling it all over the restaurant. We found ourselves waiting in groups for our drinks and meals, and some of us had to wait an extra 20 minutes for our food, plus an additional 20 minutes for the tortillas. To make matters worse, the food was terrible, and I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I strongly advise against eating here!

Extremely bad and slow service. Chairs are falling apart, my kids could have made better tasting food and served it much sooner. The waiter never knew who the food belonged to, even though he was the only server for our table. We got charged for extra beverages and food that wasn't even ordered correctly. A chair broke as soon as one of us sat down and aside from bringing out a new chair, no one from staff or management came to check on her or apologize. I would think after seeing something like that, that some portion of her meal and our drinks would have been comped. They do not deserve the 4 star rating that they have. If you're not Hispanic I highly doubt you will be given any good service. $300 waisted! Disgusting!

So happy with the customer services!! The food is delicious. I really recommend this place to go and have a pleasant time with the family!
