Przekaż informację zwrotnąEating was good, I just want to say that the service could be a little better, they have forgotten that one of our suppening it has finally brought out after half away through their meal. after sitting no one came for one, so I think it was just not communication maybe?! but they apologised so that we were noticeable for this, but then we could have empty drinks that they would never have asked if they wanted to refill so that we had to grab and ask the waiter, and one of the escaped was an icy cold so that they had to return it. we will be back just to give feedback and help her team continue to grow. they were all very poultice and smiling!
Very disappointed by the service. we waited over 20 minutes after sitting to greet or offered drinks. then it had to go to the bar to get refills instead of checking our server back with us.
I started worrying as I read the previous reviews after making the reservation. this restaurant is very new and it is obvious that our experience dramatically improved. we were 1/2 hour early for our reservation and our table had already the reservation sign on it. the drinks were better than most we experienced in other restaurants. the service was very friendly, timely and professional. both of us enjoyed our eating, it was delivered as ordered and fulfill all our desires. we will return mainly to their Friday food specialties that were not available on Saturday. they were not overcrowded, but if the restaurant is full, it will be loud, as all the surfaces are hard. we prefer to eat calmly, which we had with the crowd they had.

Absolutely shocking. This was our second visit, and once again, they had no record of our reservation. Both times we've waited over 30 minutes to be seated, and each time they seemed completely unaware that we had booked ahead. On our second visit, they were also out of any menu items we were interested in. Ultimately, we left without eating. I understand they are new, but they've been operating for several months now. If they haven't figured it out by this point, I doubt they ever will. They keep thanking us for our patience, but we're completely out of it. It's also way too loud, and the staff seems overwhelmed. It's disappointing to see the owners putting their employees in a position where they have to endure complaints. Overall, this experience has been a complete letdown.
