Order Uber eats, the amazing employees here could not make my order in the right bag, I understand it?s unqualified work, and you? I hate life to make people ice, but you? and not where you can?

Rip you out and try to pay you for the wrong size. I paid for the delivery of one of their Gotta Have It ice creams. Cost me $14.63 after my addition. What I actually got was a tiny, only serving cup with a bowl of ice cream. It even showed at the reception what my right order was. But they didn't even get close. I'll never order from this place again. Baskin Robbins command never had a problem with them.

Prices are WAY higher than other Cold Stone locations. Especially for Love It and Gotta Have It sizes... much more expensive than Appleton location. Also, very high prices for Like It compared to other Midwest cold stones, like in Marshall, MN. Clean store. Good employees. Hardworking.

I love the quality of the product and the service. Always smiles and super nice demeanor. we pit stop here often lol Edit to add: the option for almond milk base is SO FREAKING AWESOME for folks like me who prefer to be dairy free ?? Nice move y'all
