A&w - Green Bay

I like to share this post I saw it went on the wrong location instead of this one. You guys should be very proud to have GM John here. He takes great pride in his staff and makes sure we the customers are happy with our order. It's sad that there are so many bad reviews over everything. But to be honest the staff here are very kind and helpful to us. I'm proud to keep coming back to this store. The most important thing is I remember when the GM had saved a man's life there. I wish he would have gotten something from your company or from the city of green bay. So I just want to thank you all and thank you GM John for all the hard work you put out for us as customers.

Has the most kindness staff there, takes customer service whole new level to make sure we are happy, I would come back here everyday because of the staff and there GM John. Who makes the difference. I hope the owners, DM and corporate of A&W offer GM John a spot to work in corporate because he deserves it and would make the A&W company proud. Thank you to everyone who goes out of there way here and thank you again GM John.

Was at the Shell station in house , the shell was nice. 5 stars.

Ordered #5(10 pc mini corn dog meal) and they rung me up 5 pc kids meal. I asked for sub onion rings and they rung me cheese fries(same upcharge).Took 10 min to take my order and another 20 min waiting at the drive thru while there were 4 workers just standing around, chatting and made it seem like there was only 1 person working.I drove back 10 min to change my cheese fries for my onion rings I asked for and they said they couldn't do anything about it since it was rung up on the receipt.They were the ones that got my order wrong in the first place so they should've threw it out and gave me my onion rings.I won't be going to this location again because I'm so displeased with their service.
