Przekaż informację zwrotnąEating is good. Service can get hard because it is busy and short staff. I had a very good and very bad service here. The atmosphere is one of a great sports bar.
Horrible experience. The server made an error in placing our order. We ordered a basket of fried pickles/peppers. They brought out two. When we told them we only ordered one, our server apologized and said she didn't know how it got rung in for 2 orders. She told us we could just keep the extra order. So we combined them into one basket and began eating it. Well, several minutes later, she came back and told us that management said that if we want both orders, we need to pay for them both. How rude! We were already told we could have them, started eating them, and now you want them back? We had to send the entire basket back, including both orders and still had to pay for the one we initially ordered. So we paid $12 for something we had a few bites of. What kind of management treats not only customers like this, but their employees? We felt bad for the server who was so sweet and apologetic. We gave her an extra large tip for having to deal with such B.S.! I felt bad for her. I got quite the dirty looks from management and all staff after they read my Google review that I immediately wrote. Just sad! I got a response from Anduzzi's on Google but clearly it was an automated response because when I tried to contact them at the email address in the response, it came back as undeliverable. Spend your money elsewhere and get treated with respect.
Even for bar food this was not good. I had the whiskey burger and fries. The lettuce and tomato on the burger were both soggy and looked like something out of the compost bin. Burger was well done and chewy and the plain bun just that plain. The fry's were over fried and crispy as potato chips. All in all a gross pile of ****.
Three of four perch plates were so overcooked they were tough as jerky and inedible. 2nd star only because the server was great and the manager comp'd the perch plates. Blamed the supplier but the fry cook should be retrained or terminated. We later saw several people send their's back and leave.We grew up in GB and look forward to perch when we visit. Not our usual spot but needed to meet family there. Such a disappointment.
