Yolk - Greeley

I’ve been visiting the FC and Windsor locations for quite a while, but this was my first experience at the Greeley location. The menu is still fantastic, and the staff is very attentive. I'm not sure if this applies only to this location, but at the end of our meal, I noticed a sign advertising 99-cent Mimosas, which definitely needs to be on my agenda for the next visit. The green chili is always packed with flavor without being too spicy, and the hashbrowns have been my favorite part of the meal since my very first visit. Don’t forget to order some toast to enjoy with the homemade jam, too!

On the bright side, the restaurant has a lovely interior with great decor, and it's very clean, including the restrooms. The plate presentation was impressive, and the food was delicious and of high quality, which my grandma also appreciated. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t as hot as I expected, likely because it wasn’t served in a timely manner. Another server, who wore a black hat with buttons, was very friendly and seemed to be taking good care of his own tables, helping Alexis during our visit.

Doug's Diner is one of our absolute favorites. The food is delicious, and the staff is excellent! Our meals always arrive promptly, and we've never had to wait long to be seated. Although it can get busy, the team works efficiently to provide a great experience. I would highly recommend dining here. Our top pick is The Cowboy—it's so good! It's all about hometown cooking at reasonable prices.
