Steak N Shake - Greeley

I had a mixed experience during my first visit to this restaurant, with good food but poor service. However, my recent visit was a pleasant surprise. The service was great and the food was wonderful. The restaurant was busy when I arrived, so I had to wait about five minutes to be seated. The table was clean, and I was promptly greeted and took my order. The food arrived quickly and there were constant check-ins to ensure everything was satisfactory. The dishes were served at the perfect temperature and the fries were crispy. The milkshake was perfect and water was refilled promptly when needed. Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience and I am grateful for the great service.

They can never go wrong with a burger joint that remains late open and serves super cheap food and shake. love this place!

Jalapenol crunch Burgers looks like they were dropped on the floor and then scraped back onto the bun my son ordered one and I ordered one and they both looked as terrible as the other my youngest son ordered a plain burger that he does not like cut in half and we specifically told them do not cut his burger in half but they did and brought it to him and upset his day .never came to ask us for refills on our drinks I complained about the Jalapeno crunch burgers which I took pictures of after eating some of .I should have taken the pictures right away but it still shows

I absolutely love the burgers at this restaurant, especially the garlic burgers which are the clear winner! The staff are extremely friendly. Although there was a mix-up with my order (I received the wrong burgers instead of the amazing garlic burgers), the employees were very understanding and the chef graciously prepared us a new batch without hesitation. They probably appreciated my understanding and lack of frustration, which is rare when mistakes happen with orders. Overall, great experience.

The service was quick, the waiter was attractive, the food presentation was impressive, and the atmosphere had a perfect blend of a classic 50's diner with a modern touch of glamour. My only complaint was that my ice was not crushed. I didn't bring it up this time, but I will in the future.
