Mcdonald's - Greeley

I would give this McDonald's zero stars if I could. Even though it's closer to my house, I have to drive farther away to get ice or a frappe because their machines are constantly broken! Every time I visit this location, the machines are out of order. It's honestly frustrating! I even called once to avoid wasting gas, and they told me the machine was broken. When I asked why they were always down, the employee just hung up on me. Why are the machines perpetually out of service? It’s been months now! Why doesn't anyone come to fix them, or is it just laziness? Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place – the service is consistently terrible!

I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. My visit started with a long wait; I arrived at 9:15 PM and decided to wait inside. I spent 25 minutes just waiting to place my food order. While they were continuously preparing orders, the food I received tasted like it had been made two hours earlier. The fries were hard, the bun was stale, and nothing was served hot. This experience was quite disappointing.

Not a fan of mcdonalds to begin, but made second attempt for the adult happy meal. day 2 this place has not. order missing items and drive through casser was a tubby round girl. no sauce, cold eating, so rough?

Zero stars wasn't available.. was the only person in the lobby, no one even tried to take my order until I said something after sitting there for 10 minutes. Took my order I waited for over 20 minutes to get it. It's now hard cold. Never got my drinks because they said that they would be right back with them never came back. When I left there was a woman in there I had been talking to for most of my wait she has yet to place an order.

Do you like to be able to get in and out quick so you can make the most out of your lunch break? Don't eat here, I wasted more than half of my 1 hour lunch just waiting for them to get me my food. This place is ridiculous. So much for fast food
