Chili's Grill - Greeley

The service was disappointing. I chose to sit at a table for 20 since it was available, but the waiter informed me that she couldn't allow me to stay there because it was meant for another party who hadn't yet arrived. She explained that if I occupied the table, the waiter wouldn't be able to earn tips from that group. How is that fair? I was a paying customer! I do not recommend this place and I won't be returning.

I received a message that my dessert for my birthday would be free, so I decided to go to the restaurant. I was informed that free chips and salsa were available for reward members, but I ended up having to pay for them. I also paid for a substitution since it wasn't offered on the menu. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my free dessert because my rewards weren’t showing up. When I tried to log into the rewards system on my phone, I encountered an error message. The payment terminal also had issues with my order. I asked the server for assistance, but they told me they didn’t have any rewards available and didn’t offer any help. It seems like they don’t value my business. Overall, the food was decent, but the service was lacking, and the rewards system is frustrating.

They only had one section open due to issues with staff and equipment, so we had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated. Other than that, the experience was good; the food was tasty. Our server did a great job, even with the limited staff.

I did a curbside order. I was there earlier than it said it would be ready but my order did come out fast. My drive home was only about 5 mins. Unfortunately, once I was able to eat my food I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was either undercooked or really old and slimy and just tasted awful. The seafood pasta smelled and tasted like old rotting seafood. I love my seafood so it 's not like I don 't know it smells a little fishy but this was not just a fishy smell it smelled foul. It tasted foul as well. I 'm extremely disappointed since my order was so expensive. I was only able to eat the black beans and the soup without gagging. Even the fries were old and soggy. Terrible experience at this location. I 've always like chillis but I will never come back to the greeley location and I will not be recommending it.

It was a party of six let's start there. friendly service! greet, exchange thank! My god did they hit service satisfaction with me. The manager even came out when our party was having issues with an order! She or they ! offered us an exchange free of charge when our order was taking a but longer than usual no more than 15 more minutes but oh my gosh what great service i have experienced this night.
