Przekaż informację zwrotnąI initially had to switch tables because of the poor service, but then I sat at the bar with Matthew, who turned out to be the best server and bartender I've ever encountered. He truly saved the experience with his exceptional mixology skills. As an executive chef and general manager myself, I even tried to recruit him! It was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend asking for Matthew when you visit.
We visited the Greeley location today, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The hostess wasn't very welcoming when we arrived, and we had to wait over 30 minutes for a table, despite seeing more than 15 empty tables in the dining area and bar. To make matters worse, we were told that the bar was not open for seating, yet we ended up having to seat ourselves there. We also observed two other groups walking in and seating themselves, which left us wondering why different rules seemed to apply to different customers. I'm really unhappy with how this location has declined. It used to be one of my favorite spots, but now I'm considering finding a new place to go. As a side note, I’m still waiting to place my order.
The food was quite disappointing. The brisket sandwich did not have much meat at all! When I spoke to the manager, he mentioned that it was based on weight, but most of it was just coleslaw. Instead of addressing the issue, he only offered a credit, which wasn't satisfactory. The service was poor; I understand they were short-staffed, but that doesn't justify serving subpar food and charging $13 for something that feels worth hardly anything.
Horrible service and long wait time. Last 3 visits have been horrible experiences. They have items and deals on their menu that they don't honor. Understaffed, smaller wings, broken bones, and come to find out the other night they don't have true BOGO anymore on Tues, it's buy one get one half off now and they didn't say anything until the check came out.. What a scam
Good didn 't come out at the same time, staff appeared like they would rather be anywhere else but there, had to request several items multiple times as the staff didn 't communicate with each other or forgot to accommodate us.
