Who worked the night shift on 20 november 2022, must be fired, they sat in the lobby while everyone was on the drive-thru, then when we saw that they were hidden in the kitchen, it was so funny that they tried to hide. if you don't want to work, just stop....Service: 1/5

Ordered plain burger onions only. First burger came with cheese and other toppings. Returned burger to cashier and requested new burger.Second burger had cheese on it I tried to eat it but it was ice cold .Back at the counter I requested a refund and the manager tried to make me eat a new burger. I politely requested a refund again for the incorrect order Manager literally complained about the refund and berated her employee in front me.I found her behavior unacceptable and rude.Parking: Needs repair

Frosty machine was broken again. Cheese was not melted on burger. Had to install app to order online as told by the associate over drive thru speaker. Ridiculous. Later, much.Food: 3/5

I did not care for the salad. Lettuce and tomatoes did not seem fresh.. The chili was good though.Food: 3/5

One of the lady's as I sat down to eat would not stop giving me dirty looks I didn't do nothing... this place needs better management.Food: 3/5
