Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

They have the best wings I've ever tasted, and everything was fantastic. Our server, Jamie, was outstanding! I give her two thumbs up! Be sure to ask for Jamie when you visit—she embodies what every server should be! She was attentive, cheerful, and a lot of fun!

The service was good, but my experience with the food was disappointing. The steak fries were just small scraps from the bottom of the bin, and the burger seemed to have been precooked; it arrived just five minutes after placing my order. Unfortunately, the entire meal was barely warm. I’ve dined here numerous times, but this will be my last visit. It seems like they saved a bit of time and money with the fries, but they've lost a customer in the process. I also dislike using the tabletop kiosks for payment. The only reason I'm not giving a rating of 1 out of 5 is due to the server's pleasant demeanor.

The food quality was subpar. The Southern Charme burger was overly salty and didn't match the description. I also didn't receive much in the way of real fries. That's just how it is.

Fast polite service, waitress was amazing, heard i was on a time limit and got my Granddaughters and I in a timely manner. Thanks Red Robin, food also was great!
