Great Yarmouth Kebab Pizza

We decided to treat ourselves to a takeaway from this restaurant and ordered chicken kebabs with garlic sauce, salad, and cheesy chips. However, the kebabs arrived without the salad, which was disappointing. We hope the shop addresses this issue promptly. Additionally, the chicken was cold when it arrived, so we will not be returning. Unfortunately, we feel like we did not get our money's worth.

Ordered by great yarmouth kebab and pizza house (gykh) during the stay in haven caister holiday park for delivery. the delivery was on time, this is where the positive end. while I did not bore the readers of this review with an ordered order, however, the total number (directly with the restaurant and cash in delivery) was received the value of the order, but was not asked. since there are no fast food supplies directly at their caravans, the collection of foods at the main gate that is understandable with covid must be made. this is not ideal to check a large order with several products during delivery, as they would open and expose cold foods to the elements. we were gone, • Cheesey chips. • garlic bread with cheese. • all salad sides/ sauces for kebabs kebabs were ordered. Once the missing items have been detected, I called great yarmouth kebab and the pizza house to inform them about these problems, in which immediately a defense barrier was addressed, the problem was made to be my fault and the phone handler completely insane for my situation. the conversation did not go nowhere, it was late, everyone was hungry and finding the additional inconvenience of the solution was more exhausting than with a serious alternative. the inconvenience of gykh, who do not have the competence to get the order for the first time, is enough to try all visitors in a beautiful holiday park to make aware that gykh is used by vacationers visiting the area. please order them either by the likes of just eat where they have a certain protection from these bandits, they use in front of places that are good quality and reliable or if they do not want the stress of hungry children to completely avoid. • cold food. • Missed eating. • hungry children/family. • unprofessional and rude service.

The half of the order was never showed up and could not even get a refund because we ordered it directly from there website, instead of justeat.

I have been living in Great Yarmouth for years and I absolutely love kebabs as a weekly treat! When I first moved here, I tried several kebab houses nearby, but none were as consistent in quality and service as this one. I have been a regular at this kebab house for years and have never had a bad meal, except for one average experience. The marinade on the chicken is always flavorful, the salad is fresh, and the portion sizes are generous. I really miss this kebab house, it truly is a gem. A big shoutout to Alex and Michelle for running such a fantastic establishment. Best wishes to you both.

My friends and I placed an order for food last night. When it was late, we called to inquire about the status of the order. They told us it was on its way, but minutes later it still hadn't arrived. My friend was shouted at and hung up on when they called to follow up. We even provided instructions on how to get to my apartment, but when I went outside to receive the order, the delivery driver shouted at me. The food was cold and disappointing. We will never order from them again. The way my friend was treated on the phone was absolutely disgusting.
