Burger King - Great Yarmouth

Do not order from this restaurant through Just Eat, as it was a disgusting experience. It took 1 hour for the food to arrive, and Burger King messed up the order resulting in cold and inedible food. When trying to address the issue with Burger King, they were unhelpful and I ended up being out of pocket £30.

Food and staff were up to burger king standard everything else was terrible random boxes and rubbish just left in the seating area and the toilets had no lights and we part store room part toilet they looks like a scene off a saw film unless your taking away avoid !

Burger King Order to your seat 89 min so far and still waiting Utter ridiculous don’t offer a service if you can’t handle it and haven please don’t reply with I will let the manger know and hope this don’t spoil your holiday rubbish utter useless

Had the misfortune to be forced to use the disabled toilet in here yesterday and this was about 10.30 am so just after opening, vile condition ,walls splattered with soap from sink, taps covered in dirt ,bins overflowing ,lock hanging off ,tiles covered in mold ,floor disgusting decided I didn't feel comfortable using the disgusting sink luckily I had hand wipes with me. The other toilets had been blocked off with chairs so couldn't be access

Very rare of me to leave a review but for the poor quality of service every time I enter this burger King it deserves one. 15 minutes it took for 2 meals, that didn't include the 5 minutes myself and 3 other customers waited to actually be served. Cashier was doing the drinks and serving, not very well. I'm assuming the manager was laughing and joking with other members of staff around the back. By the time I got my food there was a line almost out of the door as the Cashier stopped serving to clean tables and no one took over. I wouldn't mind of they were understaffed but there was at least 6 staff members I saw. Most of them not doing anything. I've only been in burger King great yarmouth 5 or 6 times and not once has the service been quick. Food is fine. As its should be for the amount of time you wait.
