Triple S Pho Grill - Great Wood

The pho soup was great. The tea was horrible and the service was poor. The young lady that was waitressing was not really available nor was she friendly and we had to call for her to help each time. Not to mention, it was only two people in the restaurant. Definitely lot of work to be done.

Expensive Vietnamese food that was of average taste. You can find other Vietnamese food in other locations that don't charge $13+ for a bowl of pho. There was not a lot of meat in the pho that I ordered. Eggrolls were average and pricey at $6 for 3. I feel like I didn't get great quality for the price I paid for the food.Viet coffee was good! The place was really clean, and the service was great. I'm usually pretty picky about meat, but it was cooked well. I liked their pho noodles.

Everything about their food is immaculate. I have eaten here Several times. The food is always fresh and the salad is great.They do not disappoint, love this place.

I ordered through Ubereats whom messed everything up! I called the restaurant about the missing food and the 2 hour wait. I was upset. The gentleman explained that they were 39 mins away from me but he would gladly bring the missing food items or refund me. I chose the refund do to the drive he was offering to make. He was so polite, and I expected the refunds for only the missing item, he refunded the amount for the entire meal. That my dear Houstonians is a man that understands his customer base and knows how to run a business. I am now a patron forever!
