Sonic Drive-in - Great Wood

The service is always very slow at this location. Many of the signs and stalls are damaged and unusable. The food is ok, but not worth the wait.

I have drove out of my way for months to another location due to the disrespectful service here and food quality. I was in a hurry and needed to stop here for a drink this morning, no answer at the drive thru pulled up to the window and nobody in sight, honked my horn no response, went to a stall and finally got a response to somebody (young female) who was giggle the whole time I was ordering when I had to repeat it three times. I eventually left and just continued to my destination. Guess things haven’t changed much.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not come here unless you want your time and money wasted. I only came here for uber eats and it took 30-40 minutes to get the order. Fun fact: for uber eats, the meal is supposed to be ready or almost ready by the time a driver pulls up. Considered it quite rude to be kept waiting. Also, there were very few other people there so I can't imagine what the holdup was.

Hands Down the best sonic I ever went 2 from the cashier, cook and manager everyone was hands own I went on 12-15-22 around 12:00-12:15 this is the only one I will go to from now on..

The wait time is ridiculously long and food was burnt.
