Frenchy's Chicken - Great Wood

Food: The chicken was very good. It was hot, fresh, tender and juicy. The skin was crispy and it reminded me of the old fashion shake and bake (not the current version) which was very good. The fries were hot and crispy with a seasoning. The potatoes tasted like a roast beef sandwich. The food was simple buts solid. I do strongly suggest better forks. It is very hard to eat chicken with a flimsy spork.Service: This needs some improvement. The lady taking the order was so quiet that I could barely hear her. Another lady was rude and put off when I asked for a fork.Atmosphere: very clean and separate from the gas station, they were not connected inside. There are plenty of tables to eat there. The restrooms were also very clean.Overall, solid option to grab chicken. We will review again and update to confirm consistency.

Ordered 12 piece family meal and requested 3 sweet chilli sauce. Paid for it and guess what, it wasn't in the bag when I got home. The young lady forgot to put it in my bag. I saw it in her hand. This is a new location. My advise is to SLOW DOWN and check each order. People are slaughtering you all in the reviews and this location just recently opened.

The prices went up, the food quality went down. Chicken and fries were overcooked and dry!

An older black lady there got attitude because we asked for more tartar sauce, I spent $100 on food hook me up with that tartar sauce SMH. I will not be going back. No STARS!!!!!! The young woman there was awesome.

I ordered fish, shrimp, fries, chicken, and lemon cake. Food was really good. I like that the fish was white fish! Taste much better than catfish!
