Captain Al's - Great Wood

Captain Al’s has kept me coming back for years and years. The owners are extremely friendly, prices are fair, and portions are large. I love the burger, as well as the fried rice and shrimp rolls. The service is quick as well. I crave Captain Al’s every day of my life. I can’t recommend it enough!

Drove around 30 minutes to get here since the photos and food looked so good! The lady taking my order was very sweet and told me she was the owner; she came to make sure if my order was good and was super kind. The sesame chicken was so saucy, delicious and I can’t wait to get the other kinds of chicken. The burger itself was handsdown the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. It was saucy, juicy and moist without being too much. The shrimp rolls on the side were so delicious. I highly recommend the burger, but as well the shrimp rolls if you wanted something new!

Very sweet lady taking my order. It was my first time here. Fried catfish was good and crispy. I didn’t care for the fried rice, not enough flavor but the side salad was good. I will return!!!

I was my first time going to this Restaurant. I ordered 2 Fried Fish Trout and Six Shrimps. And 2 Eggs Rolls. The food was delicious and amazing. Can't wait to go back. Give them a visit you won't be disappointed. ?

My favorite! Originally from Nj it’s so hard for me to find delicious Chinese food. And I love their egg rolls. I’ve been to several places who have no idea what “duck sauce” is, they give me sweet sour. But here, they have it all! Kid-friendliness: My daughter enjoys eating the sweet sour chicken. My son loves the shrimp lo mein.
