House Of Subs - Great Neck

House Subs is amazing. The food is always fresh and super clean. It truly feels like heaven! The delivery was great - it was packaged securely and made me feel safe knowing that the DoorDash driver handled it without any contamination. Everything is perfectly kosher, clean, healthy, and delicious. The only thing I wish is that the Bademjan khoresht came with rice - I accidentally ordered it without rice, but that was my own mistake. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I hope that this business is blessed.

The worst service. My order was ready to pick up, it was finished 30 minutes later. I didn't want to say that articles were not available when I ordered, but once there to pick up. Never get food from here again and nobody else should

I?m actually shocked this place is still open. Servers are rude and put no effort in what they?re making. They act like it?s inconvenient for you to order. The grilled vegetables are cold. They only grill your sandwhich for the lines to appear so that it ?looks grilled?. They get mad when u ask for custom things. And it?s a mess. But the food is good. But the order process makes it not worth it. I wanted to order more but they made me so mad and made me feel bad for ordering more cuz it would give them more work. I hated the ambiance that I had to get out of that anxiety provoking restaurant. I asked for onions and they said they had no more and I said ?well can u cut more? and they said sure but you?ll have to wait 5 minutes. Like just start with that. Or be prepared and make sure you have stock. It wasn?t even busy. There were three customers there.
