On March 28th in the afternoon I had the worst experience at this establishment, this was the first horrible experience I 've had and I come here alot.I gave this rating a 1 star because of the horrific experience my family and I endured with one of the employees by the name of Aiden. I was able to retrieve his name from one of the other employees after I explained that my family and I were treated horribly by him and I would be contacting their corporate office.Aiden 's attitude and demeanor were unprofessional and indifferent. Not only did Aiden ignore my child and me when we were asking about two of the sandwiches and their content on them; he continued to say Are you ready to order? , he began huffing and puffing as if we were making him upset; I spoke to him in a calm tone that we were trying to figure out what we wanted but had questions about the sandwiches, he refused to answer us and we just simply ordered. Aiden appeared disengaged and inattentive to our family needs, and rushed us.I would like to add that I live 45 minutes to an hour away from the establishment and I drive down to this location at least three times per month, I am grieving my unborn due to a miscarriage and finally have been able to get out the house with my husband and child for an outing. Potbelly 's is one of my favorite places to eat so that 's why we choose to eat at this location. After the horrible treatment from this employee, I 've decided not to frequent this establishment any further.I 'm unsure if this young man is dealing with things in his own life that caused him to be so mean to us, I also wondered if it had anything to do with our race being African American, I don 't want to assume or judge him based off his actions toward us but we were treated so bad by him, I didn 't understand it.The cashier was very kind to us, I explained to her the situation and she apologized on behalf of the establishment and was extremely apologetic about the miscarriage I endured. She was so nice, I believe her name was Latishons.

For what you get in amount and flavor it is not worth it. Worst baked potato soup I ever had.

This place sucks. Ordered online, 3 sandwiches, a salad and a soup. 2 milkshakes and a couple drinks. They called me immediately and said they were out of ice cream and said they would take them off my check. My girlfriend and her mom picked up the food and came back to find there was no soup and no dressing for the salad. Called and spoke to Logan I believe and he said he would make sure I wasn't charged for the soup or the milkshakes. Charge on my card went through for the full amount.

The food was good but they have advertisements all over saying it doesn't take more than 8 minutes to get through the line. We went during the lunch rush, and they were apologetic, but it took 22 minutes to get through the line. Don't advertise a maximum wait time if it is going to take almost 3x as long. Most of the problem seemed to be take out and delivery services occupying the staff's time. If they notice a line growing they should have a way to stop taking those orders temporarily and focus on the customers in front of them until they are caught up. Either that or offer something small like a discount or cookie if you can't meet the 8 minute wait guarantee

Excellent sandwiches. Had the Mama's Meatballs and it was very good. I like how they toast every sub. The Mac and cheese was a little dry, but that's a minor nitpick. I wish there was a Potbelly's back home in Orlando!
