Pizza Hut - Great Falls

My order was incorrect; I didn’t receive everything I paid for. It took an hour to arrive since they handed it off to a third party, so we ended up with a cold pizza and missing items. I spent 25 minutes on hold trying to resolve the charge issue, but nobody answered. It seems like this company is on a downward spiral, closing restaurants and fading away completely.

I had a great experience at the Pizza Hut on 10th Ave. The service was excellent, and our waitress, Reagen, was incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

I went to place a takeout order at 11:00 AM, but no one ever came to the counter despite there being two other customers in the restaurant. After waiting a few minutes, I decided to leave.

Pizza was good. The service was good. We got our pizza in a timely manner

Negative experience. Didn't get what we paid for and then got treated like we were the problem. I don't recommend.
