Panda Express - Great Falls

The drive-thru staff need to come down from their high horse—though perhaps they should first get some hearing aids. I had only been at the window for about two seconds when one of the girls started showing an attitude. I asked her a simple question about what they had in stock (since half of the menu is usually unavailable), but she ignored me after she handed me my order. This restaurant really needs to reconsider their employees.

I drove by around 8:45 and saw that they had a very limited menu available—just three types of duck and egg rolls—even though they were supposed to be open until 9:30. It was obvious they were preparing to close, with around seven or eight employees busy cleaning. If the restaurant advertises that it stays open until 9:30, I should be able to order from the full menu until then. Despite having so many staff on hand, they seemed more focused on wrapping up for the night than serving customers. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here; there are better options available.

The food was cold and greasy, and the service was poor. I recommend going to Best Wok instead; their food is so delicious!

The service was terrible. Ordered 4 drinks and none were marked so we did not know whether they were diet or regular. When we said something, the girl in the window said she was not the one she pours out. Good customer service would have been to take the drinks, apologise to mark them, and then give them back to us. Instead, we have restored an eye role. They gave us only 2 forks for 4 people. We were also short egg rolls. Another girl came up and said we have everything and close the window and then made an rude hand gesture. We had to go to the store and get more forks. Spoke with the manager and she said the drive up was actually busy - funny no one was there - and that she apologised new employees. The girl on the way up refused everything that happened at all.

The food is good, staff is friendly.. but the turnover for getting food out is super slow. This is a super slow town though. I like panda when I am burned out on eating something else. Close to the Koa and Walmarts. But the slowness needs to pick up. Maybe they?re understaffed but it definitely needs to pick up a little more! Overall nice clean seats but it?s like chic fil la everyone goes here.
