Scooter's Coffee - Great Bend

I would give the drink I ordered 4 stars based on its taste. However, I requested it without ice, and it arrived only filled a little over halfway, which I've never encountered at any other restaurant with similar drinks. When I voiced my confusion, they took it back and added ice. This experience has made me hesitant to return. My previous visit wasn't nearly as disappointing, but the treatment I received this time was quite surprising.

I appreciate that there's a drive-thru option available, but I find the prices to be quite high. Like many others, I would probably visit more frequently if the value matched the cost better. I had a pup cup during one visit, but when I returned, I was told I couldn't get one for my dog. That didn't make much sense to me.

The Americano with a shot of sugar-free caramel syrup was quite good; it had a subtle aftertaste, which is typical in San Francisco. My husband ordered a hot chai tea and really liked it—he even said it was better than Starbucks. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

The service was quick and friendly, and the coffee was made just the way I like it. Everything went smoothly!

This was my first visit, and I've recently developed a new appreciation for cold and iced coffees. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection available! I also loved that the coffee here doesn't have that typical burnt taste that's usually found in that well-known Seattle-based chain that many people love.
