Great Barrington Pizza House

The service was outstanding, and both the cheese steak and gyro were delicious. As visitors from out of town, we really appreciated how the waitress took the time to share information about local events happening over the weekend. It's a charming little spot!

The pizza was excellent, but I felt unwelcome due to the staff's behavior. I got the impression I was being watched suspiciously in the back parking lot, even though I was just parked there. I'm not sure what their past experiences were, but it really affected my visit. That said, the pizza was great!

Perhaps our favorite meal in the Berkshires! The pizza was outstanding, and the staff—being a family-run establishment—was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. We ordered a medium pizza, which was a generous portion; it was so large that we couldn't finish it and ended up taking some home. The crust was bready and soft, with just the right amount of crunch.

I'm usually quite forgiving when it comes to pizza, considering the many different styles and preparation methods out there. However, the pizza I had here was disappointingly dry, perhaps even overcooked.

I had a sausage pizza, and it was excellent. The restaurant was really clean, and the staff were very pleasant—no grumpy employees at all.
