Asked for a taxi for my 87 year old father as I was staying in the Premier Inn attached ,sent us both out in the rain on new year's eve waiting for a taxi that never came then when I complained asked me to leave ,was sworn at and treated with such disrepect ,literally unheard of ,that aside the food is overpriced and awful and the staff all need to be trained in working in hospitality, shocking to say the least ,I thankfully got my dad home,no thanks to the staff.

Had lunch here Xmas Eve with the family, was excellent. Lovely food, great service. Its called the Gravesburie now tho....

Now called gravesberie Inn, food was nice, service was slow and kitchen mixed up order (party of 10) with one guest having to wait 15 mins after first guest getting meal, and it arrived cold. manager tried to make amends

Good choice of food and drinks. Good portion sizes of food, which is cooked well and staff very helpful and attentive

Gave this 4 stars only because they sat us under a flashing light.we had to ask to move.over all I had mixed grill with is pictured.very enjoyable
