Chili's Grill - Grapevine

The food is delicious and it has been a family favorite for years. Unfortunately the reason I?m giving it 3 stars it?s because it?s happened not once but twice that we order something without something and they add it anyway (example: we order a burger nomustard but it comes with mustard). Other than that I really recommend this restaurant!

Went in today and was told sit down and wait. I then sat down to wait and spent enough time waiting I found a different place to eat and left. Mind you the restaurant was empty. I am understanding of the lack of employees in the world right now but a waitcan be handled in a better way. : Ended up at Saltgrass and had a great experience.

Spent a while waiting for someone to answer the phone and no one did. Ordered to go and they gave me an expired cheesecake. Tasted like it was stored in and old Tupperware that held spaghetti and has turned orange over time and smells. Threw it away.Wish I could get a refund but their app doesn?t have the option.

We usually love Chili's, but this was probably the least admirable trip we've had. They must have been under staffed. People were waiting to be seated and one whole side of the restaurant was closed. We were helped fairly quickly, and the orders wereaccurate, the food up to standards, but the whole time, service just seemed off. I have faith this experience was just a flukeand will be better next time. We will be back.

9pm on Saturday with vacancies all over the shop, but was told to wait for 10 mins for 2 people, ... save the 1 star because the host was reasonably polite. That is WRONG??????????????????
