Owner is a coward who will hide from you behind poor employees and not refund you even if your food was stolen with proof. They do not care and use the employees as fodder for rightfully angry customers. Don’t go unless you don’t mind the risk of not receiving your food.

The service was horrible.Went to the one on Bryant about 10:30 an was very upset when left there.We ordered a number 5 an was sitting in drive threw over 30 min waiting.We were both like what's taking so long .We was like probably the corn dogs an that's was fine.Except the employees were all in the talking an playing around ,Finally came to window an the lady was like we are going to have to park you ,we burnt your corn dogs .So we after waited for while in first place was like can't u just give us Chili dogs instead so we can go.She was lime no i can to fund your corndog money.But you need to pull around an wait an we wasnt going to wait another 30 min so we just told her give us all our money back.She was very hateful an ehould have offered us something we else to replace it .a instead she said i guess you really want sone corndogs are you kidding.

They stole over $40 from my friends and refuse to give a refund on an order my friend never got. The managers on site are nice, but their GM sucks and won’t even make a phone call. They’ve been making the employees do their fraudulent work.

Never order delivery. They put the phone off the hook all the time so you can’t report a problem, then when their delivery driver (I ordered through Wienerschnitzel) stole the food, they lied, stalled, blamed the delivery service they contracted, and then just ignore us. Franchise ownership needs to get their managers in order. Dishonest and slimy.
