Don’t even bother going in, they don’t know how to make any sandwiches, I asked for a foot long and they put meat on the first half and then folded it over and called it a foot long
Ordered Chicken Teriyaki but the chicken is not Teriyaki. Took over 20 min to prepare 2 footlong Chicken Sandwich and I was the only customer in-line. Tattoo guy was not able to hear what I was saying, I had to repeat everything twice. Will never visit this store again. NOT RECOMMEND ?
The guy who took my order literally takes 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. He is super slow and seems like he is not liking his work at all the way he is working. and makes my sandwich super messy and guess what he put wrong chicken in my sandwich which I know once I came home. Never gonna visit this place again.
3/29/23. Went to subway around 930 am l ordered a turkey 12 inch , I requested that my sub not be cut and requested it hand folded and not folded with a knife, because I am highly allergic to egg products and tomatoes. The employee behind the counter stated she was the manager and that she assured me that the knives were clean. What I did not tell her was that I observed a knife on the cutting board full of mayonnaise which I am highly allergic to. She then went on to say that people complain about dirty knives, and once again she said her subway was clean. The point is, every customer has the right to have service that is requested by that customer it is not the manager or the employee to refuse service or to explain to the customer that utensils are clean. After eating half my sub I enjoyed biting into a long hair that was about 15 inches long embedded in the turkey meat. This is the second time within a month that hair has been in my turkey but at a different location the first time. I enjoy my BOGO so I am willing to forgo the hair but the attitudes from managers and employees has to stop. Employees are here to serve the public, customers are not hear to lend an ear to their problems or listen to their frustration with other employees or customers . I am very sensitive to people that are forced to work for minimum wage but the owners have to take responsibility and either install cameras or take the time to educate employees on customer service etiquette, via videos.
