Inadmissible! We booked 3 weeks in advance, via their website, a table for Christmas on December 31. We received a booking confirmation. Except that on the evening of 31 when we arrived at the restaurant we found it closed!!! Fortunately, there was a table at Café Loca that saved us our evening because we met without a table on December 31, I thought we were going to end up eating chips in our hotel room. I left my e-mail address and telephone number at the reservation and we had no messages to warn us that the restaurant would be closed on 31. In addition, their reservation system allows us to choose this date and even sent us a confirmation. Such a lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable, I do not understand how it is possible to make such a blow to customers. We'll never come to eat in this restaurant!
