Panda Express - Grants Pass

Grant's Pass Panda Express is the best. Staff work extremely hard, everything we had is delicious, and we are not getting sick. This restaurant was always good for us.

They are always out of something and the food is not great, but it is fast food, not authentic Asian food. Being like that is not the worst of his class. Even though I've been sick, I've been there before. I don't think it's the employee's fault. They keep it pretty clean and are friendly and prompt. I hope they will be well paid to have such good attitudes with customers.

Good but the girl taking my order did not understand that I wanted 2 sides instead of 2 entrees for my plate. Was really frustrating that she just did not make any attempt to understand my order.

I love panda but the workers in grants pass, specifically, never have food prepared and ready. They constantly forget sauce. And they give so much attitude when you order an item that needs to be prepared in 5-7 minutes. I?ll wait. But Why wait for franchised panda when I can go to a local restaurant, support local businesses, and get everything that i order in a timely manner. Unsatisfactory. Unprofessional.

Pretty bad tasting spring roll today. The big surprise is they have no napkins! I suggested someone cross the parking lot to Safeway and buy some. How can you operate a restaurant with no napkins. That 's gross. In response to my suggestion the girl at the register said no . No apology, no acknowledgement of this large shortcoming of standard service. As I was about to post this, they did exactly as I suggested. Not because the girl at the register responded to my request, but that someone else took care of it.
