The front counter had a sticky surface, and the area with the soft drinks was particularly unhygienic, covered in spills from soda and sauces. None of the sauces were replenished, and they were also out of napkins and lids. Behind the counter, the floor was littered with dropped food and trash. Despite the restaurant not being busy, there was no excuse for such a lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, both of my to-go orders were incorrect. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Every time we've tried to visit, something has gone awry, and they aren't able to serve customers. Honestly, it's been every single time. I really enjoy Arby's, but I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this location.
Service was a tad slow for an order of just 4 regular roast beef sandwiches to go from the counter. They seemed more focused on drive thru. However, there is always a line there. It's the reason I went in and that my order was basic. It appeared to havebeen a mad rush earlier as the floor behind the counter near the fryer was seriously littered with food.
I've typically rated Arby's five stars because it's a great restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. It seems like there was only one employee handling everything, which affected the service and food quality. I went in yesterday and ordered a French dip, just like I had the day before, but this time it came with no cheese, wasn't warm, and felt undercooked. I also ordered a cherry turnover, but it turned out to be apple instead and wasn't properly baked. Additionally, I wasn't given a choice of fries; I would have preferred crinkle cut, but it wasn't an option. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning for a while. I'm really sorry to say that.
Grandson wanted Arby 's for lunch at about 11:40. While he was placing his order I went to the restroom. The place was a mess with toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. The handicap stall was locked, but there was no out of order sign . The smallstalls lock is broken. I tried to report it to a female employee, Shelby, first about the handicap stall. Before I could finish,she interrupted me to say the small stall was working. I then told her that stalls lock was broken. She said she couldn 't doanything about it and walked away to tend to her young child in the lobby. The website Arby 's owner told me to comment on afterseeing that I only gave 1 star review is unavailable , so I wrote it here.
