Arby's - Grants Pass

The food was excellent, and the staff was fantastic. However, I wish there were more options on the menu, especially for kids.

I've never had Arby's before, and I must say, my spicy beef sandwich was delicious! The mozzarella sticks and curly fries were awesome too. I downed that unsweetened tea so quickly that I wish I had ordered a large, haha. My uncle enjoyed his meal as well. I'll definitely order from there again!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Arby's. The food was cold, and the curly fries were soggy. I even paid extra for lettuce that wasn't included in my order. This was one of the worst meals I've ever had from Arby's, and I usually enjoy their food. To top it off, the three meals cost nearly $60, which I find outrageous.

The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. The floors were sticky, and every table was unkempt. The front counter had a sticky surface, and the area with the soft drinks was particularly unhygienic, covered in spills from soda and sauces. None of the sauces were replenished, and they were also out of napkins and lids. Behind the counter, the floor was littered with dropped food and trash. Despite the restaurant not being busy, there was no excuse for such a lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, both of my to-go orders were incorrect. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I've typically rated Arby's five stars because it's a great restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. It seems like there was only one employee handling everything, which affected the service and food quality. I went in yesterday and ordered a French dip, just like I had the day before, but this time it came with no cheese, wasn't warm, and felt undercooked. I also ordered a cherry turnover, but it turned out to be apple instead and wasn't properly baked. Additionally, I wasn't given a choice of fries; I would have preferred crinkle cut, but it wasn't an option. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning for a while. I'm really sorry to say that.
