Pizza Hut - Grantham

My partner placed a pick-up order last night at 10:30. I called right away, and the staff member was incredibly helpful. He switched our order to delivery without any hassle. The customer service was outstanding! The food was delicious, and everything arrived warm.

This place only offers takeout, but the service was excellent. The food was fantastic and tasted amazing. The staff felt bad for not having dine-in options, but they provided a bag with paper plates, cutlery, and napkins. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I really love their party box or whatever it's called, which includes two medium-sized pizzas, wings, crazy bread, and dessert, along with carrots and celery. The price is reasonable, and I'm a big fan of their stuffed crust, although I find it can make the overall order a bit pricey.

To be honest, they have provided the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time in the restaurant business. If you're not happy, it's not happy. If you're happy, they're really happy.
