Mcdonald's - Grantham

I initially thought the issue was just with my order, but after reading other reviews, it seems they often get orders wrong. I ordered one chicken wrap and one apple pie at the drive-thru, but the screen didn’t show the total amount I was supposed to pay by card. When I reached the collection window, they handed me three wraps instead. I questioned it, and they claimed I had ordered them. I requested a refund and had to park and go inside because it took so long to sort things out. My food was cold by the time I got it, and I still haven’t received my refund in my bank account. I won’t be going back, at least not for food.
