Burger King - Grantham

I often visit Greggs instead of Burger King, and I have found that there is often a lack of food available. At 12:41 one day, there were no pizza slices left until Monday. However, when Sandra is working, the restaurant is always fully stocked. She goes out of her way to ensure customers are taken care of, even bringing out fresh pizza slices and offering to bring them to your table. Sandra is always cheerful, greets customers warmly, and says thank you. She truly makes the dining experience enjoyable. If it weren't for Sandra, I would give this place 5 stars.

A stop for a quick bite, a stretch, and to use the facilities on my 250-mile journey. You can only order electronically on the app or in store touchscreens. I couldn't get the QR codes to work at all for the loyalty card/app, so I had to find the alternative code to enter manually. This system wasn't as intuitive as I'd like, and there were no staff o hand. They merely appeared with my warm food and scalding hot drink. There's plenty of indoor seating, but I took advantage of the picnic benches in the fresh air. There are plenty of rubbish bins, so use them. The facilities were clean, family and accessibility friendly.

No one came to the counter to bother serving us. So how can you rate it any other way. Service not Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through drive through and as a big old fat git who has had many a whopper over the years this was by far the best 3 quid I’ve spent in a long time- mar vel oooos Vegetarian options: Blah Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Whopper

Service at this restaurant is top-notch, receiving a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere is also excellent, with a cozy and inviting ambiance that also gets a 5 rating.
