Mcdonald's - Granite Falls

I have never had a better plain quarter pounder with cheese before. It was fresh and cooked to perfection. Big shoutout to the chef!

I called to inquire about the chef behind their biscuits. I was told it is Chelsea, the new biscuit maker. She certainly knows how to make an amazing biscuit - light, fluffy, and delicious! Great job, Chelsea!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Not only did they forget to include the dipping sauces I ordered, but they also mistakenly gave my order to the car in front of me before eventually giving it to me. According to state health department code, once a customer touches a tray or bag, it cannot be taken back and given to another customer. I called to complain and the supposed manager could barely speak any English. It makes me wonder how many other people have had their day ruined because they decided to stop at this McDonald's.

I always make a point to stop in for a frappe at this restaurant. I typically visit for breakfast and the price per person ranges from $1 to $10. The food is excellent, with a rating of 5, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, rated at 5 as well. The service is good, with a rating of 4.

Today is Monday, October 9th, 2023, at 12:00 noon. I just received my tea from the restaurant but didn't taste it until I left. When I tried it, I realized it was mixed with coffee. I quickly pulled into the parking lot and called the restaurant. The lady who answered claimed to be the manager. I informed her about the issue with the tea, but all she could say was that she didn't know how it happened. She did not offer to replace the tea for me. She also mentioned that no one else had called to complain. After reading other reviews, I understand why. The owners need to address these complaints promptly. Service: Take-out.
