Rally's - Granite City

I visited this restaurant on 8/25/22 and ordered the deep sea double fish sandwiches with light tartar sauce. When I got back to work, I realized the sandwiches were missing the sauce. I called the restaurant and they insisted the sauce was included. I offered to send a screenshot of the sandwiches, but they declined. The manager took my name and assured me they would replace the sandwiches. I returned on 9/6/22 to pick up the replacement sandwiches, only to be told they had no record of my order from two weeks ago. The manager was present both times and seemed dismissive of the mistake. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service.

Despite recent negative reviews, I received my favorite fries promptly from a friendly server with a bright smile!

Tbey has a new sandwich that just came out. A mother cruncher. It was terrible. The rest of Menu was good.

If I could give zero stars, I would.. went today on my way to work opened my food, only to see that the chicken was hard like a brick, the burger looked like they were boiled in coal I went back and asked for a refund where only the rude managers they told me that it was against the social policy to get a refund, I asked you to use the policy that they have brought out if m about ever spending another dollar with rally?s she was unprofessional Rude and her work Ethics spoke for there Self 0 stars of this place must be closed an employee in the phone another, not with gloves, while making food, but still Covid still exists. Recommend??

The food is 80% of the time Cold and ever fresh.l, and ever taste likes its done. Cheese is hardly ever melted on the burgers.! Also they are always out of something or another!! Mainly ICE CREAM!!! THANK YOU BUT YEAH NO THANKS NOT A RALLY'S GIRL HERE!! LOL ???????
