Papa Johns Pizza - Granite City

Somethings fishy as I called the number you guys gave me after talking to doordash and it doesn't work. You guys had supposedly reached the customer and was told they were coming downstairs.What's up?

Incredibly rude employees. I was here to pick up a doordash order and they thought my name was one of the people I was picking up for, her name was Vallerie. Then one loudly announced she 's over here making fun of this doordasher for her name and was wrong it was a chunky man with brown hair and a woman with eyebrow piercings and a pink ponytail. The employees should really have nametags. There is no reason for people to loudly and publicly be disrespectful. (1/21/24 around 6:20)

Nice people in the store, quickly informed me of the long waiting period for a pizza. But it worth the wait..

I don't even wanna give them a star!! Early today I got pizza pasta and wings well I'm just now opening the pasta and it looks like this **** was eaten out of and if not, wtf did I pay for HELL NO, whatever you do, DO NOT go here. I called as soon as I seen this and she told me that their was nothing she could do like idk give me a damn refund wtf.

If i could give 0 stars I would. We got our pizza and pasta today (chicken alfredo bowl is pasta-when i called they tried saying this wasn't pasta) and when we opened the pasta bowl it was half eaten. When i called they said there wasn't anything they could do because they haven't had a complaint like that before and then i was hung up on.
