Jack In The Box - Granite City

Guys, drive thru people should not be asking for sauces 3 times then making customers pull around while forgetting their sauces that you asked about.....Come on ya 'll. Listen to your customers instead of rushing. ?*Updated*The management here is disgusting. She assumed I was stalking the country guys that came in apparently not knowing its the other way around as I was just in there twice not that long ago this evening, prior to their arrival.ANDYou say your lobby is closed but your doors are unlocked.

Food was fast, fresh and delicious! Really impressed.

The food was really great, but the managers were kind of mean for out of five and they got my order wrong in the food looked and smelt like a urine, but the food was good

Ordered a jack wrap and tacos. The jack wrap was half the size of the tortilla, I tore off half of it, had to pull to the front to park and wait (like always here), asked for taco sauce for the tacos and instead they gave us 6 ranch dressings. I know it’s jack in the box but the food was subpar even for them.

The staff seem overwhelmed. I walked in to place an order and I guess it was the manager. I’m not sure it was a older white lady with grey hair. she was very rude but I’m not sure why because the line was not long. The food is good when they get it right the order, right.
