I hope someone from the company sees that. I don't know her name (my mistake), but she always works through the late night and was tonight. She is always super pleasant and goes beyond and beyond. Usually people post things to complain, nuts in the service industry itself, I think it is important to give accolades. Please reward this nice woman!
The food was hot and my order was right. The young man who worked the drive thru was friendly and wore a mask that made my day. It is fast food, so nothing was brilliant above the top, but fresh, fast, and the order was right.
Lil short snowbunny had an attitude because she can't hear correctly and had my order at 14 dollars instead of 11 or 10 and had an attitude before that when they didn't have no more jalapeño popper lmao and no more sprite lmao I just left.
My wife decided to run to Jack in the Box over her lunch break for all of her co-workers to celebrate a co-worker who is heading to another job. She knew it would be a big order so she placed a mobile order ahead of time. When she arrived the lady in thedrive through stated that she did not want to make the food. My wife asked if she could get a refund and the lady would not doanything about it. Completely unacceptable behavior. My wife went back during the next shift when another manager was presentand was able to receive the refund. Will not be going there again.
