Vampire Penguin Granite Bay

The place is closed. My husband went there and found out it’s now a tea shop. There are no shaved snow or desserts available. Even though Yelp listed it as open until 9 PM, he went specifically for Halo Halo and it was no longer offered.

Delicious – it's a unique treat! I've taken a few dates there, and it's enjoyable to share a dessert while sitting outside.

I can't imagine wanting shaved ice from anywhere else again. The ice was incredibly soft, melting in my mouth like fluffy snow. The toppings were a perfect match. I just wish they hadn't run out of cheesecake bites before we arrived. I shared the strawberry cheesecake with my husband and daughter, and now I regret not getting my own. Next time, I’ll definitely be getting one for myself. It’s a shame there isn’t a location closer to me! I can't wait for my next visit.

Shaved ice! It’s incredibly fine, with fantastic flavors and a variety of toppings.

I came here with a party of two on Saturday 07/16 around 5pm. There was no line and some guests dining in but still plenty of seating available. I ordered a Large Halo-Halo Shaved Snow. This tasted really good and I thought the mix was great. However, I would add a scoop of mango ice cream to truly portray a traditional Filipino dessert. We also got the Dulce De Leche Shaved Snow. The flavor on this was ok. The bananas etc paired nicely. Both of the Shaved Snow had a beautiful soft texture. The service was ok, communication was there however the service was a bit slow.
