They are supposed to open at 7 according to schedule and it's passed 9 and no one working...

Hit or miss on if they’re open or not. Never consistent at this location about anything.

The Gm (must be new) was screaming in the face of employees. I can't believe they would promote someone so young and seemingly inexperienced in leadership roles. I heard other employees close by talking about how she couldnt work certain shifts because of lack of training. Well it seems that reaches to all aspects of what transpired. It was ridiculous. The lobby was full of people and we just wanted a nice lunch. deeply saddening.

I'm not sure I've ever gotten an order from here that was completely correct. Almost every order is missing at least one item, frequently there are changes not followed, and nobody behind the counter seems concerned this is a routine occurrence. To make it worse, they sticker the bag shut in such a way that if you open it you tear the whole thing and can't use it. That means if you open it in the store to check it, you should probably ask for a second bag. And if you order multiple of an item but they're not identical, they don't label which is which.
