Rush Creek Bistro - Grandville

The food was fantastic. Also had a little entertainment. Will definitely return.

Eaten here a few times and it was alright, nothing really notable but it was okay. However I just read the newly released results of Ottawa County Department of Health's most recent routine visits, this place had FOUR critically dangerous violations, THREE high risk violations and TWO other violations of lower risk. Safe to say I won't bring my family here again.

I was eating out with a few friends on 07/20/2023. As we 're leaving I overheard a cook in black/white checkered shoe 's threaten another cook outside. Something about if he looses his smoke break their going to have issues . I 'm never eating here again. If this place going to let employees threaten other employees. I even spoke with the employee that was threaten that day. However, he just called me to tell me that he quit. because of the atmosphere of the kitchen. After what I witnessed I didn 't blame him. Unfortunately, who would want to work in a hostel work environment an being threaten.

Waitress seemed very green. She messed up a drink and my dad's ny strip was very grizzly (5oz). We said so and nothing was addressed about it. I would like a quality steak if I'm paying good prices. Other meals were good.

I feel like the whoever does the menus comes so close to getting it right but they just miss it making us wait until they hire The next chef before we go back. Which makes us sad because it's so close to us we walk. The bruschetta with the peach would be better with a different fruit.It's good but the peach is just too much. And it was only 3 pieces. Oddly portioned. The sauce on the chicken could of been hotter. It was barely luke warm. The green beans and asparagus are just basic. Not cooked like you would expect them to be for the higher caliber food they try to create. And the mash potatoes looked like the scoop. That was tacky. The mix drink menu is awful. Or maybe the bartenders just don't know how to get the portions correct but they have all the things to make better drinks for sure. Didnt drink our drinks. Told the waitress they were bad. No manager came and we were charged for them. Our bill was $100 and definitely not worth it for the 2 of us
