Olive Garden - Grandville

It was okay. service was good. the place makes a good business. get them on the waiting list thru the website. it works well. show them about ten minutes before the estimated waiting period. they write their phone when you're ready. Eating was okay. I had chicken parmigiana. huh was preprocessed patented and not made from scratch. the sauce was good. I loved the salat. for a chain restaurant it was what I expected. go with the house wine. it was good.

You know, olive garden is always quite solid. when they go there, they know what they go to get quite good Italian food, nothing spectacular, but still quite good. the manager at this special olive garden is what made this visit better than usual. his name was brain and he was absolutely brilliant. he talked to my wife and I for probably 15 minutes to make sure we were happy and that we had a great experience. we will return to this ground.

Tastes as if they had taken some of their recipes or changed them. we order almost always lasagne and it tasted like they removed some pieces of meat and replaced with more cheese. brotsticks had little to no garlic butter taste; tasted almost plain. not what I expected or experienced in past. service was fast, eating was ready as promised. we stopped.

Faster service, even if was lunchtime, friendly waitress, heidi was great server, very attentive to all. the food was fresh and very good taste. I repeat this

Such a good place for dinner, that there was a half hour wait for seating. Our waiter Michael was spot on perfect; courteous, attentive, and accommodating. He was knowledgeable about how to provide a good mixed drink that was not on the menu, with great energy. A large group near us were celebrating a birthday and the staff handled the cake and song with enjoyable experience. The food was fast, hot, and perfectly cooked. Portion size was a little large, but that is to be expected with an all you can eat salad bar restaurant.All around great place to eat and enjoy your company while you do it.
