Jersey Mike's Subs - Grandville

Love the food, the reason for 3 stars has just been service at this point. The other day I placed an online order around 8 pm and it gave a pickup time of like 15 minutes, so I waited 20 just in case and when I showed up it was dead. One girl was justsitting on her phone and another just wandering aimlessly while my order receipt sat on the counter, they hadn't even startedmaking the two subs. I then had to wait another 5+ minutes for them, no line, nothing else going on. For two subs Thentoday I figured, it had to be a one off, whatever. Nope, this time I even waited longer before I drove to get them . Then whenI got there waited another 10 minutes. In pretty sure they gave my food to the wrong person but who knows but I overheard themtalking to another customer about giving them the wrong order. Like I said, love the food but the service, particularly theonline ordering experience is BAD. Employees have been fine for the most part. I dont expect FREAKY FAST but damn its justsandwiches, not like they are cooking a 4 course meal.

I visited the new Grandville location of Jersey Mike's for the first time. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially since we were unfamiliar with their menu. The wait time for our sandwiches was longer than I expected for a sub shop, likely because we ordered grilled sandwiches. While we enjoyed our subs, they weren't particularly remarkable. I found the chicken and bacon sub to be somewhat lacking in flavor.

Definitely an improvement over Subway, though it doesn’t quite reach the level of a true deli. Still, it's very enjoyable!

Always delicious! We added our favorite four subs in the app as a family. It's one of the few places where everyone can have a great time together.
