The food and drinks are always excellent here, but my goodness, waiting 15 minutes to place an order with no cars in front of us is just ridiculous. Then it takes another 10-15 minutes to receive the order. This has been the slowest coffee shop experience I've encountered in Grand Rapids.
On average, it takes about 10 minutes per car in the drive-thru. Seriously? It shouldn't take that long to make a cup of coffee. It's absurd! A new coffee shop just opened down the street.
36 minutes in the drive they threw at the for 2 big coffees. Come on, biggby.
Super great staff fun atmosphere. Coffee was delicious. New to town and they were welcoming and we definitely found our new coffee spot
