Mcdonald's - Grandview

Had to wait in a 30 min line then wait 20 minutes for my burgers to be wrong. Brought proof back and was told nothing could be done about it

Wrong order 3x in a row PlayPlace is freezing cold last 2 times been there… under 60 degrees..... tried to prop door open and it was so cold it froze the whole front of house.

This location is the worst I have given this location to many chances i have spoken with management and the same problem still exist on the night shift the workers just do what they want to do anything pass 2am do not expect service either they will lie saying the system is down or they are only cooking nuggets and fries only they will only serve their friends that come through

I wish I could give it more stars as the staff is friendly and haven't had too many issues with my food, but they give me the wrong drink at least 50% of the time.

They need help really bad. I only go there for one thing. And I always go inside to get it. There is only one person that I've seen that works there that has any type of customer service.
