Le Velleda - Grandfontaine

We both enjoyed our dinners here. One was the menu découverte (Tarte Flambée, Grilled Sea Bass and Poire Belle Hélène) with a nice Pinot Noir and the other was the menu touristique (Salade Alsatienne, Choucroute, many dessert choices) with Beer, both under 25 Euros, not including drinks.

Très bonne cuisine cependant je trouve les prix légèrement excessif, service professionnel et correct mais nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert car nous avons attendu 30 minutes et personne n'est venu prendre la commande.

We tested the hotel and the restaurant via the Donon formula and the experience was worth it, particularly on the culinary level. A true gourmet meal made up of 7 very well prepared dishes. Breakfast the next morning also pleasantly surprised us with the quality of the products. I recommend this establishment.

We chose to book La romantiqua : access to the spa (jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna and hammam), 1 gourmet dinner, 1 night and unlimited breakfast. We chose to stay the next day at noon. Very good value for money and a pleasant atmosphere. Ideal place for motorcyclists, cyclists and hikers.
