The Ridge - Grande Cache

We thought it was a quick lunch and both had the soap of the day. It was a beef and barley soup that could itself be a full meal. It had meatballs with tender beef and lots of vegetables in it with a delicious broth. You could say that it was homemade, how everything was cut or disassembled in it. The menu has a nice mix of choices and the prices were very reasonable definitely not on the expensive side. It is a very comfortable place with high ceilings and a great bar/lounge atmosphere that you enjoy a meal or watch a hockey game. We come 3-4 times a year to Grande Cache and make this one of our first food stations.

We ordered the winemakers Nachos, the buffalo mac cheese and Jalapeño-Poppers, and they were delicious. We were on our way, and we're gonna stop when we're back. Service: Dine in Meal Type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30

First time ordering and the person answering the phone was extremely rude ! I ordered and she basically talked down to me. I know it’s hard to get staff but maybe try a little harder to be nice to your paying customers people talk !
