I hate to do this for small businesses but Horrible brunch experience! I wish I could leave a 0 stars! Second time going here after new owners (old owner ran it way better) We walked in 5 of us and had a wait even tho half of tables were open! Got to our table our waitress checked on us twice one to give us water and 2 to take our order after waiting for 30 min! We put our order in and it takes 1 hour!!! We get out food and it’s the wrong order! We never get a sorry we are busy never got an explanation! To top it all OFF I go to bathroom when we pay our bill and one of the cooks are in the bathroom processed to use the bathroom and doesn’t wash his hands after going to bathroom! Just a bad experience I would understand if this was a super busy day but there was 5 other tables in there people were getting in and out before us and a hand full of people left mid meal because they were waiting 2 hours
The eggs on my eggs Benedict were slimy, I ordered them medium. Hash browns were crunchy from being raw. Won’t be eating there anymore. Also we waited 45 minutes for our food.
They had a big table, and they still got our food out in a timely matter.
Under new ownership. They close earlier (new hours were not posted), refuses to answer their phones for pick up orders, rude manager, portions are now half the size for the almost double the price, terrible service and terrible quality. Sad to see the new owners are running it quickly into the ground. Was a regular for many years, but will no longer be eating there again. *finally sitting down to eat my food. My sunrise scramble is missing half it’s ingredients. Who puts out food like this without asking if is ok make the meal with half the ingredients missing? I probably would have picked something different to eat. Definitely not eating there again.
